Complex Combining An Extract Of Bean, Rutin And Two Biomimetic Peptides

The bean extract, rutin, and two related peptides biomimetic allow synergistic action in inhibiting destructive proteolytic enzymes fibers and for stimulating the synthesis of these fibers by fibroblasts. The bean extract (Phaseolus lunatus) contains an inhibitory protein of trypsin and chymotrypsin. Thanks to the inhibition of trypsin, there will be a decrease of collagenase responsible for the destruction of the collagen fibers. On the other hand, inhibition of chymotrypsin will decrease the activity of immune mast cells and promote the neosynthesis of the matrix. In addition, rutin extract has anti-oxidant properties, stabilizing mast cells which release more inflammatory and histamine inhibiting elastase (enzyme responsible for the degradation of elastin). Finally the two peptides (palmitoyl-palmitoyl-GQPR and GHK), can stimulate fibroblasts and therefore the synthesis of matrix proteins (collagen and fibronectin), thereby to synthesize a new extracellular matrix. Keratinocyte proliferation is also stimulated. This results in an increase in the thickness of the dermis which is accompanied by a decrease in the depth and width of stretch marks groove, and a significant improvement in the appearance of rough skin and color.
